As part of our ongoing commitment to preparing students for life beyond the classroom, our learners recently took part in an inspiring and thought-provoking assembly delivered by 4Schools, the education and outreach arm of Channel 4.

The session gave students valuable insight into the wide range of exciting careers available within the TV and media industry, highlighting both creative and behind-the-scenes roles. From digital production to journalism, editing to set design, students were encouraged to explore the many pathways that the media sector offers – many of which they may not have previously considered.

This event served as a powerful introduction to our upcoming Careers Day, setting the tone for meaningful exploration of future ambitions, skill development, and workplace readiness. Opportunities like this are an essential part of our personal development curriculum, supporting students to make informed choices about their futures and raising aspirations for all.

We would like to thank 4Schools for their engaging and inspiring delivery, and we look forward to building on this momentum throughout Careers Week.
