We are seeking an ambitious Teacher of Mathematics who is passionate about teaching and eager to contribute to whole-school improvement. A TLR for Numeracy leadership is available for the ideal candidate.

You will teach across Key Stage 3 and 4 while leading the development of numeracy across the curriculum — supporting departments to embed mathematical thinking, using assessment to target intervention, and building student confidence and aspiration.

Numeracy TLR responsibilities include:
• Leading whole-school numeracy strategy
• Supporting departments to embed numeracy
• Identifying gaps and coordinating intervention
• Coaching staff in numeracy approaches
• Raising student confidence in mathematics

Ash Hill Academy is recruiting a Teacher of Engineering to join our Technology faculty from September 2026.

You will deliver a practical, engaging curriculum that develops technical knowledge, creativity and problem-solving skills, helping students access further education, apprenticeships and careers in industry. You will work within a supportive team where collaboration and consistent classroom practice allow teachers to focus on high-quality teaching.

We are also looking for a creative and motivated Food Technology teacher to join our Technology department.

You will deliver practical lessons focused on nutrition, preparation skills and healthy living, helping students build confidence and independence while taking pride in their work. The role benefits from strong behaviour systems, collaborative planning and a culture of professional growth.
